May I hold or block the tickets?

Yes, you can hold or block tickets. To hold or block the tickets of your choice, please do call us at toll-free 001-800-615-3969 so that we can provide the tickets at the lowest or discounted fare.

What should I do if I need to cancel my flight reservation?

Please contact our travel specialist at 001-800-615-3969 for assistance. You need to provide your Indian Eagle booking reference number [Trip ID] to the travel specialist for processing your "flight Cancelation" request. Or, you can log on to www.IndianEagle.com, go "to My Trips" -> "Current Bookings" and then click on "Cancel Bookings". Please check the Cancelation penalty and fees, if the flight ticket is refundable. "Flight Cancelation" requests are not processed online within 5 hours of the scheduled flight departure. However, flight Cancelation is subject to our terms of service and the relevant airline's policy.

When can I expect the Cancelation refund?

The refund will be credited to your account within 15 business days.
